Shuttle Schedule
We will be providing two shuttles between Wester’s Family Winery & Vineyard and The Graduate by Hilton East Lansing.
All guests are welcome to use the shuttle, regardless of where they are staying. The shuttle is not affiliated with the hotel and is available to anyone attending our wedding.
Rideshare services such as Uber and Lyft can be very limited in the area surrounding the venue, and wait times are often long, especially late in the evening.
3:15 PM – Shuttle boarding begins for both shuttles at The Graduate by Hilton East Lansing
3:30 PM – First shuttle departs
3:45 PM – Second shuttle departs
4:00 PM – First shuttle arrives at Wester's Family Winery & Vineyard
4:15 PM – Second shuttle arrives at Wester's Family Winery & Vineyard
4:30 PM – Ceremony begins
10:00 PM – First return shuttle boarding begins at Wester's Family Winery & Vineyard
10:15 PM – First shuttle departs
10:45 PM – First shuttle arrives at The Graduate

Yes, we understand the hotel area is around 30 minutes from the venue. We will be providing shuttles to and from the venue for our guests. Please view our shuttle information here.
Our ceremony and reception will be held at Wester’s Family Vineyard and Winery, formerly known as Black Barn Vineyard and Winery. The venue is located just 15 minutes from Jackson, MI.

After the ceremony, the immediate family will take photos while the rest of our guests will transition to the outdoor cocktail hour area. Please enjoy drinks, hors d’oeuvres, and games provided during this time.
Weather permitting, the ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors. Dinner and dancing will be held inside the venue. We expect to see everyone on the dance floor!
While we can’t predict the weather, Michigan in June typically ranges from 70–80°F during the day and 50–60°F at night.
We adore all of your kiddos! However, for this evening we’ve decided to keep our ceremony and reception adults only, with the exception of our flower girl and ring bearer. We hope you understand and enjoy a night off. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!
There will be plenty of free parking available in the lot inside the venue entrance.
Yes! We want everyone dressed their best for our special day. We request semi-formal attire, such as cocktail, semi-formal, or formal dresses and suits. You may wear any color you like, but please avoid white or similar shades. No jeans or casual clothing, please.
The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place on grass, so please keep that in mind when choosing your footwear. For the ladies, we’ll be providing heel caps to help keep heels from sinking into the lawn.
If you wish to bring a gift or card, there will be a gift table near the entrance for your convenience.
We are currently registered at Crate and Barrel and Amazon.
Yes, the drinks are on us, the hangover is on you. So get ready to celebrate!
Our venue has a strict capacity limit, so plus-ones are by invitation only. You’re welcome to bring a date if a +1 is specified on your invitation.
